Shuttleworth Introduces Dedicated Accumulation Division to Strengthen Core Capabilities

HUNTINGTON, IN., July 28, 2025 – Shuttleworth, a leader in conveyor automation and product handling systems, proudly announces the formation of Shuttleworth Accumulation Systems, a new division dedicated exclusively to accumulation and buffering solutions. Building on Shuttleworth’s longstanding expertise in low back pressure and gentle contact accumulation, this division will focus on helping manufacturers solve throughput challenges with smarter, more efficient line optimization strategies.
As the company continues to expand its capabilities and serve evolving industry needs, Shuttleworth Accumulation will operate with a dedicated team and leadership structure. Mike Earling has joined Shuttleworth as Vice President of Shuttleworth Accumulation Systems, bringing with him over three decades of experience in manufacturing automation and operations leadership. “I’m thrilled to join a company with such a strong foundation in accumulation technology,” said Earling. “There’s tremendous opportunity to help our customers increase throughput, reduce product damage, and streamline line efficiency. I’m eager to focus on optimizing line processes and delivering solutions that make a measurable impact.”
The launch of Shuttleworth Accumulation Systems signals a strategic commitment to deepening innovation in accumulation technology. While no new products are being announced at this time, the company confirms that several exciting new solutions will debut later this year.
